The architect was Carl Willhelm Carlberg. The cathedral is a fine example of neoclassical architecture. It is one of the top tourist destinations in the city. The Cathedral acts as a venue for a wide range of classical concerts and recitals, as well as hosting regular services.

The house is for any form of meditation. I am an atheist myself my spouse is an orthodox. The hall is not over decorated so I can sit there to relax my mind while my spouse burns a candle. The building is centrally located and easy to get to for visitors to the city

Great aesthetics and an exhibition of a local artist (Linda Ljungabld) which I find wholesome. Some people omit visiting Protestant Churched thinking they are empty and unadorned, but that’s completely untrue. I found lots of inspiring architecture and modern art inside. The church lady was really nice and gave us some water, so it’s worth visiting during the summer as well. We could also paint there, as the lady set up a painting set for the visitors.

Beautiful cathedral with amazing architecture from Gothic era! The cathedral has an exterior of beautiful yellow stones with perfectly aligned array of arched windows. It is located in northen part of the Göteborg city surrounded by a high end fashion street housing brands like Zara, Mango, H&M to name a few. There is a double decker tourist bus stop nearby. And there’s a public library nearby - definitely worth checking place for book lovers who want to enjoy a good book with a nice cup of coffee.

Rosenborg Castle

Rosenborg Palace was built in the period 1606-34 as Christian IV’s summerhouse just outside the ramparts of Copenhagen. Christian IV was very fond of the palace and often stayed at the castle when he resided in Copenhagen, and it was here that he died in 1648. After his death, the palace passed to his son King Frederik III, who together with his queen, Sophie Amalie, carried out several types of modernisation.

The last king who used the place as a residence was Frederik IV, and around 1720, Rosenborg was abandoned in favor of Frederiksborg Palace.Through the 1700s, considerable art treasures were collected at Rosenborg Castle, among other things items from the estates of deceased royalty and from Christiansborg after the fire there in 1794.

Soon the idea of a museum arose, and that was realised in 1833, which is The Royal Danish Collection’s official year of establishment.
